How long does delivery take?

Average delivery is 2–5 business days within the US depending on your location and carrier.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days. Start a return from Returns & Refunds. If something arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need changes, reach out within 1 hour of purchase. After fulfillment we can’t modify the order.

Which sizes and grinds are available?

Sizes: 12 oz, 1 lb, 2 lb, 5 lb, 12 lb. Grinds: Standard, Whole Bean, Coarse, Espresso.

Are your coffees sweetened?

No sugar added. We use natural flavors to deliver aromatic profiles in the cup.

Best way to brew Caramel?

Iced Latte: pull a double over ice, add cold milk, swirl. Serve in a 12–16 oz tumbler.

Best way to brew French Vanilla?

Cappuccino: double espresso and silky microfoam around 60–62°C, serve in a 6–7 oz tulip cup.

Do I need an account to order?

Contains 100% Arabica coffee with natural flavors. Produced in a facility that also handles tree nuts and dairy. Store airtight in a cool, dry place.
